Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or customer modification

  • Missing parts caused after delivery

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

After verification, we will provide a replacement, replacement parts, or a refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for PayPal refunds

  • 5–10 business days for credit card refunds (depending on your bank)

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped;

  • The item arrived damaged;

  • The product is defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. FormToy Studio is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for products that arrive damaged or defective.
